If you do not wish to receive further information from us, please contact us. We will not contact you unless subsequently asked to do so. 2. Security
In order to ensure the safety of customers' financial details weespeydram.co.uk uses a secure online credit card and debit card payment system which encrypts transaction information and complies with the Payment Credit Industry Data Security Standard.
3. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit or credit card online, using the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta.
4. Follow Up
Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order, or cancel it if you prefer.
5. Delivery
After processing - which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered, in which case we will advise you - all orders are despatched by recorded delivery or Parcelforce 48 within the UK and PArcelforce International Standard to all other countries within the EU. An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. We regret that in order to comply with legislation we deliver only to addresses within the UK and the European Union.
6. Returns Policies
If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, we will refund your money or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received by you, in their original packaging, within 28 days of the date of delivery to you. No refund will be made and no goods will be despatched by us in exchange for the original product until we receive the original goods back from you. We will not pay the delivery charge for unwanted products. If a refund is requested, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt by us of the unwanted product.
However, if any products that we send to you are faulty or damaged, we will replace them or reimburse you for the cost of goods and delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within 7 days of the delivery of the goods and return them to us in their original packaging within 28 days of the delivery to you. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 14 days of receipt by us of the faulty/damaged product.
7. Accuracy
While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Age Restriction
We can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
9. Availability
Supply is usually reliable for most products displayed at Wee Spey Dram. Some of the whiskies shown are either not available because they are temporarily out of stock or because they may be one of only a few in the world. Should a product be unavailable, we will inform you of this promptly.
10. Taxes and Duties
Whisky and other products sold at weespeydram.co.uk are subject to UK taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
